Hello! I’m Susie. I’ve spent over a decade in hospitality marketing, leading teams both in-house and agency-side to deliver data-driven strategies that grow brands and revenue.
16-year-old me, glass-collecting at the local village pub, would never have imagined working with so many incredible brands: Marriott, Stonegate, Wasabi, Drake & Morgan, Individual Restaurants to name a few.
Over the years, I’ve helped brands transform their marketing and CRM strategies - driving measurable results through data, insight, and creativity. I've launched countless loyalty schemes and set-up two new agency departments (CRM & Loyalty and Marketing Strategy & Planning). My experience spans everything from long-term brand strategies, and new site openings to tactical sales driving activity and CRM transformations.
