A deep-dive into your CRM platform to better understand your guests, their demographic, recency, frequency and value. Identify your most valuable customers and your biggest opportunities for driving revenue and customer lifetime value.

This is usually a pre-requisite of the CRM / Loyalty Strategy phase.

CRM STRATEGY

Using insights from the Data Discovery phase (unless you’re starting from scratch), I’ll identify the areas of opportunity when it comes to database acquisition, engagement, conversion, value enhancement and retention alongside clear objectives, KPIs and an action plan for the year ahead. I am available to support on implementing the strategy too. 

LOYALTY STRATEGY

If you’re thinking about a loyalty scheme, let’s use data to inform the decision. Using the insight from the Data Discovery phase, I’ll help you pull together a business case with expected returns. From the objectives, mechanics, functionality, features and benefits of the scheme to the KPIs you’ll get a cohesive strategy to share with the board.
